Doug John started his personal wealth creation in the property market, building a reasonable portfolio over several years with the intention of creating a substantial ‘nest egg’ for retirement. Introduced to the derivatives markets in 2000 Doug realized the potential ‘cash flow’ benefits from trading options. In the process of being thorough, he soon realised that he was spending an inordinate amount of time in preparing and ‘setting up’ his trades. There had to be a better way. He dedicated considerable time and effort researching and developing a Trade Management System over a number of years, resulting in the product of today. During that time, he became involved with trading the Forex and Commodities markets. He understood the risk management technique of diversification, applying it to his trading. One of his simply philosophies is ‘you do not need to trade everything – just a few good ones that you know how to manage in a timely manner.’

Many of his close Trading Colleagues were impressed with the system, suggesting it would be a significant benefit to traders who were serious about their trading. Consequently, Doug was persuaded to ‘market’ his system, making it available to all traders.

Today Doug is a recognized trainer, educating traders across Australia on many aspects of trading. His simple, straightforward approach is appreciated by those attending his training. “It is not difficult to learn to trade” says Doug, ”However, many traders do not know how to manage their trades, and develop their trading rules to reduce the emotion with trading decisions.” One significant benefit of a Trade Management System is it can, if applied, take much of the emotion (anxiety and stress) out of the decision.
